Service Description
Are you ready to activate your purpose as a High-Impact Leader? Do you want to be able to authentically lead yourself to truly lead others? This course includes 1 on 1 personal guidance, coaching and mentoring from life coach Adam Botha. High-impact Leadership Coaching is ultimately a 12 session coaching course that's about experiencing the detailed tools and practices first-hand, that make great leaders great! Each session is 45mins to 1hr, and includes carefully crafted worksheets that contain tools and practices to be done in your own time between in-person sessions. These sessions can be conducted either in-person or via Skype. Frequency of sessions are once a week for 12 weeks. This coaching journey spans 12 sessions in total. Payments must please be settled monthly upfront before sessions commence.
