Consecrated Coaching.
“By the grace of God I am what I am, and this grace which fills me as a power has not remained without fruit. I have taken more pains than all others, yet it was not I but the Grace of God which was active in my work. And it makes no difference whether they have achieved more, or I: our proclamation flowed out of this power; out of it your faith wakened.”
-1 Corinthians 15:10

This passage serves as a testament to my coaching experience and ongoing practice. Through powerful intention I have, before each and every session (irrespective of who I was about to coach), asked the Father God, Christ Jesus and the Holy Spirit to hold us in their heart such that the highest work be realised.
And so it is that “this grace which fills me as a power has not remained without fruit.”
I have seen tears and felt into the great depth of pain and joy present in the human being. And compassion has led me to unite with those whom I serve as a celebration of the Holy Spirit that enlivens the human spirit. Deep wounds have been overcome through a healing Spirit that is beyond me, bringing with it, a calm that cannot be rationally explained.
“I have taken more pains than all others, yet it was not I but the Grace of God which was active in my work.”
I have come to realise that it’s not about competition between human beings in the world, but rather a deep collaboration of the Holy Spirit within the human spirit that flows down filling the human soul with something wonderfully worthy. Out of this power we can ascend to our rightful place.
“And it makes no difference whether they have achieved more, or I: our proclamation flowed out of this power; out of it your faith wakened.”
I like to believe that the work done through coaching has clarified minds, warmed human hearts, and strengthened each individual’s will - giving rise to a deepening faith in what they have experienced (whether conscious or unconscious).
In clarity, care, calm and courage.
